250.000 People were Affected by the Sudden Flood in Djibouti

The flood in Djibouti is equivalent to two years of rain. The statement said that a quarter of a million people were affected by the flood. It is thought that the number of people affected will increase with the increase in precipitation.

Djibouti was chosen as one of the most vulnerable off-island countries in the face of climate change.
