We are with you this week in the 23rd issue of the African Observatory.

In this period we will enter 2020, many organizations evaluated the situation of countries and announced statistics. According to reports, some countries expect high growth rates, while others are in danger of shrinking.

Tanzania is an independent country in the Middle East of Africa and its border neighbors are Kenya and Uganda to the north, Rwanda, Burundi and the Democratic Republic of Congo to the west, Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique to the south. The country has an area of approximately 945 thousand square kilometers and is the tenth-largest economy in Africa with an average of 45 billion dollars of GNP. The country has a population of over 50 million and has more than 130 ethnicities. Tanzania is a unitary republic and consists of 20 regions called mikoa. Kenya Will Produce Construction Materials from Plastic Wastes

An environmental scientist in the town of Gigil, Kenya, started to produce tiles and other building materials using plastic waste collected from hotels, shops and schools. Hope Mwanke, 30, has done a lot of research and has decided to produce building materials in his factory in Gigil to make the most efficient use of plastic waste. The company also received support from the Kenyan government, which promotes the use of sustainable green materials as part of the East African country's efforts to reduce carbon emissions from the construction industry.
