Burkina deputy and Djibo deputy mayor Oumaru Dicko was assassinated.
Local sources say that Oumaru Dicko and two-person traveled on Sunday, crashed to an explosive device and two of the passengers died instantly.
Passengers traveling on the highway said they saw unidentified armed men.
