Turkey Supports Tourism from South Africa

Turkey Embassy in Pretoria, to provide information on tourism opportunities in Turkey, holded a training for representatives of tour operators and hotels.

Ambassador Elif Comoğlu Ulgen invited the independent traveler Marion Smith to the meeting. Smith said Turkey has many of the attractions.

Smith, who published a magazine called Everything Turkish, praised the hospitality and affordable cuisine of the Turks.


The Effect of Turkish TV Series on Nigeria

The popular Turkish TV series are very popular in Nigeria. They love that Turkish families in the series support each other in difficult times.

Turkish TV series, which have been translated into the most spoken languages in Nigeria, are becoming more and more popular.



Center for Africa Studies (AFRAM) which located in Ankara, is an organization facilitating under the administration of African Affairs Council (AFAC). It makes various researches about Africa to enhance economic and cultural bounds between Africa and Turkey. AFRAM’s publishings has been shared with different institutions as they require to obtain.


Africa Observatory is one the publishing of AFRAM and it has been published each two weeks. It has been delivered to different institutions via e-mail.
