Turkey to Build First Commercial Center in Africa

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has begun a new step in the African opening. In this context, Turkey 35 new Trade Center (TTC) will be held on a first targets to be established. TTMs, which were previously opened in countries such as the UK, USA and UAE, are planned to be established in an African country for the first time. It was learned that a TTM project which will be formed by 3 different sectors will be formed in Nairobi city of Kenya, which played an important role in the region during this year.

Collecting Demand

Construction materials, food and furniture sectors will be received from the company applications are specified. By the end of the month will be collected from the demand is expressed from companies.

Support up To 75% Output

It was stated that there were the following countries: China, India, Mexico, Russia. The project supports the expenditures of the centers such as rent, employment, decoration and publicity. Support is given by 75 percent in veril target and priority, countries and 60 percent in other countries.

CENTER FOR AFRICAN STUDIES

Center for Africa Studies (AFRAM) which located in Ankara, is an organization facilitating under the administration of African Affairs Council (AFAC). It makes various researches about Africa to enhance economic and cultural bounds between Africa and Turkey. AFRAM’s publishings has been shared with different institutions as they require to obtain.

Africa Observatory is one the publishing of AFRAM and it has been published each two weeks. It has been delivered to different institutions via e-mail.
