MESSAGE OF THE PRESIDENT

This is the 11th issue of the African Observatory. In the globalizing world and the development of trade routes, we know that Africa has an important development potential for the world. As we do within every week, we continue with a new issue as TAFAC's efforts to reach large masses in order to accelerate strengthening relations.

China has started and will be completed in 2049 "One Belt One Road (One Belt One Road)" project with the Silk Road concept will come back Turkey's envisaged strategic points that we can use for the benefit of Africa and already we're laying the foundations of it.

Our goal as TAFAC, Turkey's technical knowledge and experience, to share with Africa and Africa's development challenges faced on their journey, to mitigate our experience. I salute our esteemed readers who have followed the African Observatory for 11 issues and have not left us alone on our journey.

Sincerely,
President of TAFAC

Abdulaziz Unal
