AFRICA OBSERVATORY - ISSUE 19

07 - 21 OCT 2019

MESSAGE OF THE PRESIDENT

We are very happy to meet you with our 19th issue this week. For you, we have compiled the most important issues in Africa in the last two weeks. We aimed to broaden your perspective towards Africa through sports developments, elections and economic developments in Africa.

We send our condolences to all of Turkey for our soldiers who were martyred in Peace Spring Operation, where took place in the southern our border. We hope that in a short time our soldiers will create a safe space for our Syrian refugees and peaceful life will begin for everyone.

Of course, such conflicts are not actions the Turkish government wants to do. The Turkish military, who cares about Mustafa Kemal's words "Peace at home, peace in the world!" , has been carrying out this operation against an extension of the PKK terrorist organization, which has killed civilians and children for decades. Hoping to always remember the words " There is no winner of war and no loser of peace. "

Sincerely,
President of TAFAC

Abdulaziz Unal
